2. Services

Lexielogo provides brand identity design services, including but not limited to:

Brand strategy
Logo and branding design
Digital branding assets
Social media templates
Other design-related services

These services are delivered digitally and are subject to the terms outlined in each service agreement signed between the client and Lexielogo.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are made via SWIFT, SEPA, Visa & Mastercard (WayForPay).
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
The remaining 50% payment is due upon project completion before final files are delivered.
Prices vary based on the list of deliverables and the scope of services agreed upon in the individual service agreement.
Invoices must be paid within 4 business days from the date of issue.
Any late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

4. Delivery of Services

The services offered are 100% digital; no physical products are shipped.
Final design files will be delivered via a secure download link or a Notion client portal.
The estimated project timeline depends on the scope of work and client responsiveness.

5. No Refund and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, Lexielogo enforces a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy. Clients acknowledge that:

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
No partial or full refunds will be issued once the project has begun.
Once the final deliverables have been approved, no further changes can be made without an additional fee.
If a project is terminated before completion, any payments made up to that point will not be refunded.

6. Revisions and Project Scope

Each project includes 2-3 rounds of revisions, depending on the service package.
Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at 10% of the total project fee per revision.
Significant changes to the project direction after approval may incur additional costs.

7. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Final approved designs become the property of the client only upon full payment.
Lexielogo retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
Lexielogo does not transfer font licenses; clients must purchase their own if required.
Clients are prohibited from modifying, reselling, or redistributing any designs without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lexielogo is not responsible for:

Any business outcomes (e.g., sales, market performance) resulting from the branding work.
Trademark registration or potential infringements.
Any errors in the final files once they have been approved by the client.

Lexielogo reserves the right to terminate a project if a client engages in unprofessional behavior, fails to provide feedback on time, or violates these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably; if not, they will be settled in a competent court of law.
